Project timelines and outcomes depend on factors including permitting, inspections, material availability, weather, and site conditions. While we work diligently to deliver on schedule, statements on the Site regarding timelines or results are not guarantees.

4. Workmanship Warranty

Completed projects are backed by our workmanship warranty as described in your project contract. The specific terms, duration, and coverage of any warranty are governed by that contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, renderings, photographs, and design — is owned by or licensed to Atlas Builders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
